Dearest Son, I know and I admit that I have deficiencies in words and in action but this much I know – I LOVE BOTH OF YOU!
I’m not up to par to the standard of being the best father i’m suppose to ( whatever that maybe) nor meet the expectations of being the husband that your Mother seek me to be but with all assurance, you both mean the world to me. This day mark our union that I hope and pray we can sustain so we both can be right beside you as you grow up.
As we approach yet another year to remember your Uncle Philip’s (aka Balki) passing away which up to this day i’m still trying to find answers to give me closure, the tragic event is then set as a constant reminder that I may not be here tomorrow to tell you how I feel. It also teaches us to treasure every moment we are given with our love ones – just in case, if tomorrow never comes…
